HIM NUTRITION Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every HIM Nutrition product. This policy outlines how to handle cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

Timing of Request Status Action Refund Details
Before Dispatch Order is not yet shipped. Contact us within 2 hours of placement to cancel. Full Refund to the original payment source.
After Dispatch Order is with the courier. Cannot be canceled. You may refuse the delivery. Refund for the product value processed after product return (original shipping charges, if applicable, may be deducted).

 

2. Returns & Refunds (Post-Delivery)

 

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, returns are strictly limited to ensure product safety and integrity.

Reason for Return (Applicable within 7 Days of Delivery) Required Proof Product Condition Resolution
Damaged Product Received Mandatory: Unboxing Video (showing the package, seal, and defect) and clear images. Unopened, Original Seal Intact Replacement or Full Refund (Customer’s choice).
Wrong Product Delivered Mandatory: Unboxing Video (showing wrong item) and clear images. Unopened, Original Seal Intact Replacement with the correct item or Full Refund.
Missing Item in Order Mandatory: Unboxing Video and clear images of packaging and remaining contents. N/A We will ship the missing item immediately.
  • Opened Products: Any product where the outer seal, inner seal, or safety seal has been broken, cut, or tampered with.

  • Taste/Mixability: We cannot offer refunds based on subjective taste preference or mixability issues.

  • Health Issues: We cannot accept returns for products that cause personal side effects or do not “suit” you.


 

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to himnutrition@gmail.com or call us at +91 7088784016 within 7 days of delivery. Include your Order ID, the reason for the return, and attach the required Unboxing Video and images.

  2. Review: Our Customer Care team will review your request and video proof within 24–48 working hours.

  3. Reverse Pickup: If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pick-up at our expense. Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is successfully received and verified by our Quality Check team at the warehouse:

  • Processing Time: The refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Credit Time: It may take an additional 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, credit card, or original payment source, depending on your bank’s processing time.

For COD orders, we will contact you to obtain your bank account details for a NEFT transfer.
