1. Shipping Timeframe

We strive to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible from our warehouse in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 24–48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the serviceability of our courier partner.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing the following:

  1. Tracking Number

  2. Tracking Link You can use this link to track the real-time status of your HIM Nutrition delivery. You can also view your tracking details anytime by logging into your account on our website.

4. Packaging and Safety

We use secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure the integrity of your product, including our Alpha Gainer tubs and Neuro Charge Pre-Workout powders.

IMPORTANT:

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery from the courier.

  • We strongly advise customers to record an unboxing video when opening the parcel. This video is mandatory to process any claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect products.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement or before it is shipped from our warehouse. Simply contact customer care at +91 7088784016 or email himnutrition@gmail.com. The refund will be initiated immediately.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may choose to refuse the delivery, and once the product is returned to us, a refund will be processed (shipping charges, if applicable, may be deducted).

6. Delivery Issues

We rely on trusted third-party courier partners. While rare, delays can occur. In case of significant delays or any issue with delivery, please contact our Customer Care team with your Order ID, and we will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
