This Return Policy is designed to ensure product integrity and hygiene for all our customers. HIM Nutrition strictly adheres to the return conditions below for all products, including our HIM Nutrition Multi Vitamin Capsules, Alpha Gainer, and Neuro Charge Pre-Workout.

1. Return Eligibility (Valid for 7 Days from Delivery)

Returns are only accepted if the product is proven to be damaged, incorrect, or defective, and must meet the following criteria:

2. Cases Eligible for Return/Replacement

We will accept a return and offer a replacement or full refund if:

  • The product delivered is physically damaged (e.g., severe cracks, leaked tub).
  • The product delivered is incorrect (e.g., wrong flavor or product model sent).
  • A product ordered is missing from the delivery.

3. Cases Not Eligible for Return

For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened Products: Any product whose seal (inner or outer) has been broken or tampered with.
  • Subjective Complaints: Dislike of taste, mixability issues, or color variation between batches.
  • Health Reactions: Any self-diagnosed side effects or health issues.

4. Refund Process

  1. Request: Email himnutrition@gmail.com or call +91 7088784016 with your Order ID and the mandatory unboxing video proof.
  2. Pickup: Upon approval, we will schedule a reverse pickup at our cost.
  3. QC Check: Once the product returns to our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check.
  4. Refund Initiation: After successful QC, the refund is initiated within 3–5 business days. The credited amount will reflect in your account within 5–7 working days thereafter.
